Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
1.1. These terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”) shall govern your use of the Alchemy Coupon code as provided by Junoflo.
1.2. By using the Coupon code Users:
1.2.1. Acknowledge that you have been made aware of the provisions in the Terms and Conditions contained herein and confirm you have been afforded an adequate opportunity to receive, consider and comprehend these provisions and acknowledge that by using this website, you are bound by these Terms and Conditions.
1.2.2. that you are at least 18 (Eighteen) years of age.

2. Receipt and Redemption of Coupon Codes
2.1. Should a User subscribe to Alchemy, the User shall receive monthly Coupon codes for redemption, these Coupon codes are unique codes that will be sent to Users via a link on SMS.
2.2. The User may click the link for redemption and will be taken directly to a page where the four voucher codes for the four partners for that month will be visible. The User can select which code/partner course they wish to redeem. All Coupon codes do not have to be redeemed at once, the User may redeem these codes at any time during the said month.
2.3. In respect of the monthly Coupons provided to the User, the User has a monetary value which will be accrued to each code/partner. Once the value has been spent no more vouchers can be redeemed.
2.4. Alternatively, the End-user could redeem the entire value from partner, should and End-User redeem the entire value from one partner, the End-User monetary value for that month would be depleted and the End-User will not be able to redeem and further Coupon codes for that month.
2.5. The Coupon code shall provide the User with limited access to the course selected, for a trial period as stipulated, at either no rate or at a discounted subscription rate, as the case may be.
2.6. A User who subscribes will be charged a subscription fee of R5 (Five) a day.
2.7. These monthly Coupon codes shall be valid for a period of 3 (three) months from the date of receipt.
2.8. These codes and or course may not be refunded, exchanged for cash or sold for cash or credit.

3. User POPIA Compliance
3.1. At any time, you may request that your Personal Information be deleted from the mailing list and/or platform.
3.2. For your Personal Information to be deleted, you will be required to send an email to hello@alchemyedu.co.za
requesting the deletion.
3.3. Once your request has been received, you will receive the following form to complete, in compliance with the POPI Act: “FORM 2 Request for Correction or Deletion of Personal Information or Destroying or Deletion of Record of Personal Information in Terms of Section 24(1) of the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (Act No. 4 of 2013).”
3.4. Kindly ensure that you complete all information required on FORM 2 and send the completed FORM 2 the same email address as stated above.
3.5. Once the correctly completed FORM 2 has been received, your Personal Information shall be deleted within 5 (Five) to 7 (Seven) working days.
3.6. Once your information has been deleted, you will receive confirmation that your Personal Information has been
deleted.

4. General
4.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, by subscribing, the User indemnifies, releases, and agrees to hold harmless Alchemy and its associated partners, holding and subsidiary companies, and its directors, officers, agents,
representatives, shareholders, employees, successors and assigns from any and all claims or liability arising from this subscription in any subscription related activity and/or acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of any Coupon Code.
4.2. The South African law shall govern these terms and conditions and the courts of South Africa shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
